Practice Chaperones Needed:
We need an adult chaperone at every JV practice in addition to the coach, sign up at https://signup.com/go/racPWBb
The Juniors need two chaperones and to be walked over from Johnson to Rockwell: https://signup.com/go/yQRvFos

Sewing/Prop Building – There may be small or large projects that involve sewing. Some of these jobs include hemming uniforms or making small adjustments, repairing flags, or making a show-specific prop.
Practice Chaperones- We need parent volunteers to chaperone all practices (when students need general guidance, band-aids, etc.), so that the instructors can focus on the program.

Chaperones “Guard Mom/Dad” – We need chaperones to be with each team at every competition. Their job will be to ride the bus with the Guard to and from the competitions, as well as chaperone the Guard throughout the day. We need someone to help make the day go smoothly and to be there in minor emergency situations such as mending uniforms, finding ice for boo-boo’s, etc.
Floor Crew – We need parents to assist in help move the floor at the show site,
This may involve making sure the floor is put in the prop storage area when we arrive, moving it to the ready line for our performance and folding after the performance. This job requires a bit of heavy lifting.
Fundraisers – Again, fundraising is so essential to the program. Throughout the year there will be numerous fundraisers and we encourage every member and member family to participate in the fundraisers, and additionally, may need some to coordinate the fundraiser itself. Bethel Winter Guard gear will be available for purchase.
Come to competitions! – There’s nothing better than having a big crowd cheering our Bethel Team on. It completely transforms the performance when the teams have a big show of support. So come show your support to our kids and don’t forget your Bethel Winter Guard Gear!
