Please go to FamilyID.com (Arbiter Sports) to register your student for the season. This is required by Bethel Public Schools.
For dues, our Treasurer will email an invoice for payment which will include your balance amount. You may arrange payment by check or cash with the Treasurer if the Zelle or Square payment methods detailed below are not useful.
We can now accept payment through Zelle! If your bank offers it, neither the payer nor the payee incur any fees for this service. Send payment through your bank's Zelle to BethelCTWinterGuardTreasurer@gmail.com and indicate that it's a business account; then email our Treasurer at that address so she knows which student the payment is for and the purpose (dues, equipment purchase, etc.).
Alternately, please use this link https://checkout.square.site/merchant/MLV7JA7VH2RPW/checkout/ZTYZEGCZU6AMBWLB4HOKWAE7?src=sheet to pay dues on Square. For payments of $100 or more, please add 4% to the amount to cover the Square fees; if not added then the fee will be added to your invoiced dues. If you do not wish to incur the fee, use the alternate payment methods.

Students not participating in Marching Band/Fall Guard should plan on attending JV practices in September and October to be in condition for the full-team practices that start in November, after Marching Band/Fall Guard ends.
Necessary equipment is provided; optional flag bags and gloves may be purchased. Uniforms are generally covered by membership dues. Dues are non=refundable after November 15th.
*Basic dues are $1,050 with a $250 fundraising/buyout. Due to rising costs and the expectation that the Varsity team will attend the WGI World Finals in April 2025 in Dayton, OH, each Varsity member will be expected to raise a minimum of $250 net profit in fundraising by 12/15/2024 as a 'buyout' amount. Any portion of that $250 not fundraised will be added to the student's invoice. A 'calendar fundraiser' will be hosted by BWG in November as a venue for the fundraising.
